My Professional Career

Radhika Teotia is a trained Behavioural as well as a Certified Career Counsellor and mentor with a Postgraduate degree in Psychology , Anthropology and  has also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from Jamia Millia Islamia University, Delhi. With over 24 years of experience, including 18 years as an academician, Radhika has excelled in addressing emotional, behavioural and career challenges faced by students. Her affiliation with iDreamCareer spans six years, during which she has contributed significantly to prestigious institutions like DLF, VidyaGyan, Sunbeam, Mussoorie International, Navy schools, and PM Shri schools to name a few.

She has been a Senior Career Counsellor and Trainer with iDreamCareer since 2018 and has been taking Career Awareness Workshops and One-on-one sessions with the students of various leading schools across the country. She has worked on all kinds of Projects with iDreamCareer, including private Schools, government schools, and CSR initiatives by Corporate Houses, State governments, and International organisations like UNICEF. Radhika holds certifications not only from iDreamCareer but also from National Career Development Association (NCDA) Boston, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and Udemy, showcasing her commitment to professional development.In her role as a career counsellor at iDreamCareer, Radhika has positively impacted the lives of over 10,000 students across India. She specialises in guiding students beyond conventional career paths and has collaborated with renowned schools in the field of career counselling and guidance. Additionally, Radhika shares her expertise by mentoring emerging counsellors.
